In Robert's state of the art kitchen, you'll take part in the prep work
determining a final menu, working on the appetizers and desserts while
learning all about proper knife work, portioning and alternate cooking
methods. (Trust us...Robert & his Sous-Chef Steven make this fun!)
The Chef can't tell you what you'll be preparing, because that will be
decided by what's locally available.
The Chef will also share his secrets for how to plate the perfect meal so it
looks just as good as it tastes. Then you'll sit down to enjoy the fruits of
your labour and leave with a great appreciation for the ancestral way of
cooking.
